Mountain and river view. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Helpful staff. Thoughtful gestures. Lovely hotel with onsen and communal bath. Varied traditional Japanese breakfast.

The communal bath was a highlight of our christmas stay. It was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel had a beautiful view of the mountains and the river which was stunning. the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.
The power went out in the morning and our breakfast was spent mostly in the dark. This was disappointing and made our experience less enjoyable.

The view was stunning, with gentle mountains and clear rivers. My family was happy with the comfortable and clean accommodations and the staff's personal touch. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast that offered a diverse selection of food.
The facilities were outdated, and the mini-refrigerator made strange noises throughout our stay. The bathroom was in dire need of renovation.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who even set up the futons in my room while I was out exploring. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the communal onsen, which had a stunning view of the mountain and river. Additionally, the location was perfect, offering easy access to many of the nearby attractions. The traditional Japanese breakfast was another highlight for me, with its assortment of small dishes that allowed me to try many different flavors.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this Japanese-style hotel. We enjoyed the breathtaking mountain and river views from our clean, comfortable room. the staff was very thoughtful and accommodating, setting up our futons and preparing a cart of towels and toiletries for us. the communal bath was a hit with our family, and we also loved the traditional Japanese breakfast. the hotel boasts excellent facilities and amenities.
There was a minor issue with the mini-refrigerator in our room making loud noises.
